I am Korean. Pros: • Great facilities • Excellent location • Friendly service Cons: • Only one elevator, and it’s slow • If you’re unlucky, you might have to wait about 5 minutes If these are improved, it would be perfect.

1st night the upgrade us with dining table and extra room but we never use… We decide to continue to stay there.. but they then downgrade as back to what we booked… The toilet was dimly lit… The phone was down again after change room… if we need help.. we need go all the way down to lobby to request… And same… only 1 lift… Stay at your own risk…

Nearby no minimart… no swimming pool.. the building only have 1 lift… the standard dropped dramatically… Next the house keeping even try to enter our room even though we told them when the room need housekeeping will update them. We heard commotion outside and informed the front desk … after half hour still nobody come to look into it… what happened there are some killer out there… ? Stay at your own risk…

Generally it was a pleasant stay and great experience. The engineering and housekeeping teams are fast to respond on our needs. Perhaps, the hotel could install better quality day and night curtains as we always being awake by morning and afternoon sunlight to the bedroom.

service was good , clean as well . the only is no good was lift ( only have 1 lift u need to wait ) you cant used swimming pool & gym ( only for resident)

The room is so spacious and clean. Walking distance to PodoMano Mall. In front of the hotel there are variety of street food. The only downside, the buidling only has 1 lift.

I come back here every year and it is always the best place to stay. Convenient in the middle of the city and the staff are very accommodating. I will defo recommend this place!
